Other People’s Blogs
So the problem with reading other people’s blogs about BDSM is… inevitably I will run across something that makes me crazy. Â Probably because, you know, people. Â But just recently I was reading a submissive woman’s blog and she had a “guest post” by a male dominant about what dominants need from their submissives.
It was fine. Â For him. Â I’m sure.
Of course, he didn’t phrase it as “This is what I need from a submissive relationship.”  He framed it as if this was the way to be a submissive.
And it made me doubt myself.
And it made me doubt my relationship.
And it made me question all kinds of things.
And then I showed Sir.
And he rolled his eyes.
Apparently Sir rejects the determination of his (as a male dominant) needs in a relationship with a submissive being declared for him by some rando dude on the internet.
I’m not sure why I can’t be more like Sir.
I want the “roll eyes and walk away unaffected” super power.
